Sugar-free Protein Bars

Ingredients: 

1 cup Burlyfield Dates Powder and Burlyfield Fig Powder
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
Dry fruits of choice                                             
melted chocolate optional 

Recipe: 

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Press the mixture into a lined tray.( optional : Dip in melted chocolate )

3. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

4. Cut into bars and serve!


Fasting Pancakes

Ingredients: 

1 cup Burlyfield fasting flour

1/4 cup Burlyfield Dry Dates powder or Burlyfield Fig powder

1 cup water (adjust for batter consistency)

A pinch of salt

Ghee or oil (for cooking)

Recipe: 

1. In a bowl, combine fasting flour, dates or fig powder, and salt.

2. Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter. keep aside for 5 mins

3. Heat a non-stick pan with ghee/oil. Pour a ladle of batter and cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden. Stack and serve with honey!

Healthy Multigrain Sticks

Ingredients: 

1 cup Burlyfield Jowar flour

1/2 cup Burlyfield Ragi flour

1/2 cup Burlyfield Rice flour

1 tsp cumin seeds (optional)                      

1 tsp salt

Water (as needed)

Oil (for brushing)

Recipe: 

1. Combine flours, cumin, and salt in a bowl.

2. Add water gradually to form a smooth dough.

3. Roll out thin sheets and cut into sticks.

4. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place sticks on a tray, brush with oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
