RETURN, REFUND AND TITLE:

·    Any case of refund or cancellation or replacement is at sole discretion of Burlyfield Biotech

·    In case of refund, the issue seen by the customer should be reported within a week from receiving the order, post the period of 7 days refund policy does not apply. The refund is processed within 10 working days, order to claim the refund proper document evidence (the image of the issue) and track history is necessary.

·    In case of natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances if delivery gets delayed or cancelled only value of product be refunded, no shipping charges will be returned

·    No refund will be processed if the parcel is torn, damaged or is not in a good condition.

·    In case of refund only the product amount will be refunded, the shipping charges cannot be returned.

·    Once the order processes for dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.

GENERAL SHIPPING RULES

1. All order placed post 6:00 pm shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.

2. Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 6:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on next working day. No courier service is available on government holidays and hence the orders placed on the same will be dispatched the next working day.

3. Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.

4. In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order before the products gets dispatched from us. You can place your cancellation request to us directly on our phone number +917722066738 our customer service or directly on the website. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
