Ragi Banana Pancakes with Burlyfield Ragi Flour


1 Cup Burlyfield Ragi Flour

1 Banana

1 tablespoon sugar

Pinch of Salt and Cinnamon Powder


Oil/Ghee – For cooking


1. In a blender add 1 banana and blend in a paste.

2. In a mixing bowl add banana paste, 1 cup Burlyfield Ragi Flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, pinch of salt and mix well.

3. If you like, add pinch of cinnamon powder for a taste.

4. On hot non-stick pan, pour the batter and cook well on both sides.

5. Serve the yummy pancakes with honey splash.
