PRODUCT: Funcho Anjeer Powder
6-8 tsp Funcho Anjeer Powder
250 ml or 1 cup cream milk
6-8 tsp sugar
2-3 drops of Vanilla essence
1-2 scoops of Vanilla ice cream
Dry fruits: 20-25 Cashews, Almonds and Pista
In a blender, combine milk, sugar and Vanilla essence. Blend it till sugar gets completely dissolved.
Add Funcho Anjeer Powder, dryfruits and 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream. Again blend it.
Serve it chilled with topping of vanilla ice cream and garnish it with crushed dry fruits.
For people who consume less sugar, sugar free vanilla ice cream can also be used.
